Spare Parts

As the number of Rosmech Sweepers now in service across Australia and New Zealand is ever increasing, Rosmech management are aware that the Spare Parts department needs to be the highly efficient, responsive department they are. Priding themselves on their level of customer service and the continual endeavour to improve in all areas keeps our team in Spare Parts are focused and prepared to assist you with all of your spare parts requirements.

Anthony Chaplin and his team stock a comprehensive range of both Scarab and Azura parts in the Adelaide store, resulting in the majority of orders being promptly filled and freighted to you via either road or air freight by the company of your choice. Spare parts are also available through our Sales and Service representatives in your state.

Service / Technical Support

The Service / Technical Support department at Rosmech is well known for its dedication and perseverance to keeping its customers fully operational and on the road. With such a highly regarded after sales support commitment, its no wonder Rosmech is the premier supplier of sweepers in Australia.

Alan Miller and Tim Durdin combine to provide you with a comprehensive support service, equipped to tackle any technical / mechanical issue that may arise. With an emphasis on fault finding and product support particularly relating to electrical issues, Alan is a valuable member of the support team. Alan is also working closely with production on new initiatives and development in the electrical aspect of the units Rosmech builds. Tim has worked previously in production at Rosmech, specialising particularly in the mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic aspects of the Scarab and Azura range of sweepers, thus Tim has a very strong practical knowledge of these areas.

Alan and Tim liaise closely with all members of our service network around Australia providing them with prompt feedback and information all aimed at ensuring our customers’ machines are out working day in day out. Rosmech’s support team will continue to develop and implement training initiatives as well as other initiatives all aimed at continuing to provide the best possible service we can.

Operator Training

Rosmech understand that your team of operators may change from time to time and that you may require your operators to take a refresher course in the operation of your Rosmech sweeper. Either way the fact remains that there is always a demand for Operator Training and Rosmech are able to meet this demand as it arises. We have qualified instructors who are able to come to your depot and train new or existing operators in all facets of road sweeper operation. At the end of which, your operators will be qualified and receive a certificate of completion.
